Robert Kronemeyer (Bob), 81,

passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on December 5th, 2016,

He was born and raised in Holland, Michigan and retired to Venice, Florida with his wife Gail in 1998.

Bob served in the United States Army in Korea as a Tank operator in the mid 1950’s.

After returning home, he and Gail Hamm married on May 30th, 1957 and shortly after, he attended Coyne Electrical school in Chicago.

Bob had many vocations throughout his life and pursued a wide range of interests and hobbies. He was employed by Koch and Sons, General Electric Co. and had a 60 acre Hog farm that he ran while working full time during the 70’s.

During his life, he held a license as a small aircraft pilot, was a licensed electrician, and a jack of all trades.

He loved to learn and tinker. In the past, he produced his own bio-fuel, put up solar panels and was still actively using the computer to gain information about the most current innovations. He would never say that he couldn’t do something! One of his greatest enjoyments was boating and he built/rebuilt several of his own boats over the years.

Bob is survived by three children;

Julie & Peter Cokinis, Douglas & Bonnie (VandenBosch) Kronemeyer, Diane & Kevin Lagarde;

8 grandchildren; Autumn (Joe Rocco), Curtis Kronemeyer, Elizabeth (Terry Emelander),

Lisa Remlinger, Derek (Lauren Cates) Remlinger, Kelli (Daniel deSousa), Kaycee Lagarde, Nathan Lagarde; 11 great grandchildren, and many loving nieces and nephews.

His Sister and Bother-in-laws:

Ina Mae Zuverink, Shirley Ooms, Jeffry L. Hamm (Holly), Betty Frazer, Tom Hamm (Diane).
