Robert James Andrews, age 74, a native of Perdido, AL and resident of Mobile, died Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2013. Mr. Andrews was a previous 37 year resident of Chickasaw where he served on the board of adjustments and appeals and a member of the Chickasaw Civitan. He was a retired head electrician at Mobile Paperboard and member of Oak Park Ministries. Mr. Andrews was an avid hunter and fisherman and a very friendly man who never met a stranger. He is preceded in death by his father, Leslie Andrews and a son, Jamie. He is survived by his wife, Janice; sons, Roy (Brenda) and John (Leigh); a daughter, Toni (Joey); mother, Allie Odom; sister, Donnie Hickman; nine grandchildren, Benjamin, Jack, Philip, Jonathon, David, Deidre’, Jessica, Mollie, and Sara; six great grandchildren, Ethan, Brodie, Darrin, Breanna, Ella Grace, Eli and other close family members and many friends.
