Robert J. Zwick, 74, of Newington, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at Hartford Hospital. Born on March 25, 1945, in St. Louis, MO, Robert was the son of the late Robert F. and Gloria (Forsting) Zwick and the beloved husband of Andrea (Conklin) Zwick of Newington. Robert was a Veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Vietnam War. Prior to his retirement he was employed by Stop N Shop in their shipping and receiving department. In his leisure time, he was an avid baseball fan and he enjoyed reading and watching television. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife Andrea of Newington, his children, Robert C. Zwick and his wife Jessy of Denver, CO; Andrew Zwick of Newington, Susan Royce and her husband Jeffrey of Northfield, VT, Kathryn Ferrick and her husband Thomas of Broad Brook and Elizabeth Zwick of Newington as well as his beloved grandchildren, Tom, Will, Ben and Theo.
