ENGLISH, Robert J. Of Kalamazoo. Bob passed away Saturday morning, March 10, 2012 at Tendercare of Kalamazoo. He was born November 7, 1949 in Stockton, CA, the son of the late James and Patricia Peterson English. Bob was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps serving during the Vietnam Conflict. On May 27, 1972, he was united in marriage to the former Patricia Buckley.
Bob was employed by First of America Bank National City for over 10 years until his retirement in 1998. He was also an avid fisherman and enjoyed woodworking. Surviving are his wife of 39 years, Patricia English; their 2 sons, Rob Wendy English and Mike English; two grandchildren, Garrett and Ethan English; brother, Jim Angela English; sister, Jacqueline English; and many nieces and nephews.
