Robert J. “Bob” Rawls, age 80, went home to be with our Lord in peace and with grace on October 22, 2015 surrounded by his family and loved ones.
Born on March 5, 1935 in Gantt, Alabama, he was the son of late Trammel “Trix” Rawls and Elizabeth McBride Scoffield. He is survived by his son, Robert Jefferson “Jeff”
Rawls II of Chattanooga, TN along with grandchild, Eli; his daughter, RenAC. Rawls-Brawner and son-in-law, Chris Brawner along with grandchildren, Zackary and Rachel Brawner; his daughter Victoria “Tori” Rawls Shirey along with grandchildren, Austin and Karlee Shirey; brother, William “Billy” Rawls (Sue); and two nieces, Connie Rawls Kelly and Lisa Rawls Walker.
Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Sue Hatcher Rawls.
