Norwich-Robert J. Perras, Sr. age 86 a World War II Army Veteran, husband of Mary (Bonomi) Perras of 2 Garden St. died peacefully Thursday, Feb. 21st, with his family by his side at the WW Backus Hospital in Norwich.
He was born in Putnam, August 26, 1926, son of the late Julius and Kathleen (Foley) Perras.
Bob was employed at the Norwich Hospital for 32 years retiring in 1981. After his retirement, he worked as a security guard at United Nuclear and Underwater Sound Lab.
