His parents were John and Marjorie Rossell Gsell. Harvey served his country in Vietnam in1965-1966. He was in the 1st of the 5th Air Calvary in the Army. He was in Three major battles.He is a member of the American Legion. He passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his loving family and friend, after a long illness.
