He is preceded in death by his wife, Angela Lucero; children, Rita B. Lucero and James A. Lucero; his siblings, Refugio Lucero, Pauline Hernandez and Arthur Lucero and his grandchildren, Matt Meyer and Aimee Meyer.
Robert is survived by his grandchildren, Angela (Julian) Chairez of Wiley, CO, Barbara (Travis) Taylor of Council Bluffs, IA, Vanessa (Sal) Lucero-Banda and Mancini Lucero both of Fowler, CA, Kay Garcia of Pueblo, CO and Catherine (Jorge) Reyes of Lamar; longtime friend, Phyllis Faulk of Colorado Springs, CO as well as numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
