Robert Franklin “Frank” Freeman, 69, Flintstone, Ga. , died Saturday, June 26, 2010, in a local health care facility. He was a lifelong resident of North Georgia and was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force. Mr. Freeman was of the Baptist faith and was retired from Velsicol Chemical for over 25 years. He was a volunteer firemen and enjoyed, hunting, working in his garden, and trout fishing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Riley and Helen Phillips Freeman and a sister, Sheila Faye Bell. Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Charlotte Freeman; daughters, Robin (Scott) Howard, Ringgold, Ga., Tonya (Todd) Driver, Rossville; sister, Janice (Ernie) Stephens, Ringgold; two foster brothers, Charles (Rachel) Grizzle, Ringgold, Terry Grizzle, Kensington, Ga.; grandchildren, Bethany, Jeremy, Charity, Bradley, and Anna Belle; great-grandchildren, Cade and Madi; five brothers-in-law; five sisters-in-law.
