Robert F. Neiman, 75, of Richlandtown, died Thur. Feb. 11 in his home. He was the husband of Gloria (Glod) Neiman for the past 47 years. Born in Quakertown, he was a son of the late Floyd F. “Buzz” and Mary (Stastny) Neiman. Bob graduated from Quakertown High School in 1958 and served with the US Army during the Vietnam War. Bob was a carpenter for 50 years, working with the Northeast Regional Carpenters Local #158, formerly United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Joiners of America, Local #8 before retiring. Following retirement,Bob kept busy doing ‘handyman’, work for friends & family. He was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church, Quakertown where he served as the CYO baseball coach and assisted with church maintenance. He was a volunteer umpire for the Quakertown Little League and assisted with rebuilding the ball fields and their maintenance. Surviving with his wife are sons, Eric of Florence, AL and Robb, of Richlandtown and granddaughter Jennifer.
