Robert Bob Greening, 55, of Peru, passed away December 13, 2009 at OFS St. Francis Medical Center, Peoria.
Mr. Greening was born September 6, 1954 in LaSalle to Carl and Mary Kay (Roach) Greening. He was a graduated of LaSalle High School. He married Patricia Pelka on June 2, 1973 at St. Valentines Church, Peru. Bob worked as a pipe fitter for over 30 years. He was a member of Local 597, St. Joseph Church, Peru and Streators Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his wife Patricia; son Rob (Amanda Calkins) Greening of Tiskilwa; daughter Melissa (Timothy) Bokus of LaSalle; one granddaughter and brother Michael J. Greening of Seattle, WA.
He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers and 1 niece. Pallbearers will be Jim Schrader, Gary Noonan, Nick Pelka, Bob Pelka, Dave Coble, Dale Turczyn and Neal Stasell.
