Robert F. “Bob” Davis, of Bay City, Michigan passed away Friday, March 10, 2012 at his home with his family at his side. Age 82 years. The son of the late Robert and Helen (Rogiers) Davis was born April 19, 1929 in Bay City. He graduated from Bay City Central High School Class of 1947 and enlisted in the United States Navy in April of 1949 and served four years in the Submarine Service aboard the U.S. Tusk-SS 426. Mr. Davis retired from Dow Chemical Company after thirty years of service as a foreman in the Instrument Department. After his retirement he worked as a sales representative for Anderson Electronics of Detroit, MI. He enjoyed golfing, traveling and playing cribbage with his daughters.On November 28, 1953 he married the former Jo Ann Neitzel and she survives his passing along with three daughters; Mary (Chris) Cody, Ann (fiancé Michael) O’Meara and Cathy (Doug) Kellermann and three grandchildren; Katie and James Cody and Patrick O’Meara.
