He is survived by two sons; Wesley (Nacy) Maddox, and Billy Ray Maddox, mother, Margaret Maddox, two sisters; Laura Armstrong, and Beck Forman, four brothers; Oscar (Carolyn) Maddox, George (Teresa) Maddox, Carl Maddox, and Sammy Maddox, four grandchildren; Kyndal, Cory, Rachael, and Kayla, and many other family and friends.
