Robert Edwin Stevenson, 71, of Newnan passed away Monday, October 19, 2020 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. He was born November 13, 1948 in Sharpsburg, GA to the late Cecil Bryan Stevenson & Emma Lou Jacobs Stevenson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Joyce O’Neal Stevenson and brother, Ray Stevenson. Mr. Robert worked for many years at Playtex before working for Utilities Support Systems, Inc. He was a longtime devoted member of Macedonia Baptist Church. Survivors include daughter, Julie (Andy) Hoffman; stepson, Kevin (Brooke) Smith; grandchildren, Davis Hoffman, Betsy Hoffman, Zach Smith, Macy Smith; brothers, Ronald (Brenda) Stevenson, Raymond (Elizabeth) Stevenson, Randy (Diane) Stevenson; sister, Vonceil Gray; numerous nieces and nephews.
