Robert Edward Morgans, aka “Rob,” “Bob,” “RobBob,” “Preacher,” was called to his heavenly home on Saturday, July 28, 2018. Rob was born in Cirencester, England, in 1940. He came to the United States with his parents and brother when he was 13 years old.
Rob loved to travel and explore; he was an outdoorsman, gardener, animal lover, nature lover, craftsman, and lover of all things tools, tractors, heavy equipment, and things that go. He especially loved the mountains and his second home in Colorado, where he would spend time with his daughter and three grandchildren, the apples of his eyes. Rob proudly became a naturalized citizen in 2010.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Melanie Morgans; sons, Robert Morgans, of Altamonte Springs, Florida, and Timothy Morgans, of Merritt Island, Florida; step-son, John Mason, of Altamonte Springs, Florida; daughter, April Morgans and grandchildren, Luke, Zane, and Olivia Morgans, of Green Mountain Falls, Colorado; nephew Russ Morgans and niece Martine Brady, of Smithfield, Rhode Island; sister-in-law, Jennifer Rafferty, of Orlando, Florida; and his faithful canine companion, Buster.

We both mourn his loss and yet rejoice that he is with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and we look forward to the day we will meet again.
