Robert E. Haumont, 61, of Greenville, GA passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at West Georgia Medical Center in LaGrange, GA. He was born August 24, 1953 in Kansas City, Missouri. Bob was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Brickell Haumont. Bob retired as a Petty Officer First Class after a 20 year career in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Newnan, GA.
Survivors include daughters, Kelly Haumont, Melanie Joy Brown of Jacksonville, FL; son, Jacob Britt; fiancee, Elaine Carey; grandchildren, Caleb Washam, Benjamin Washam, Andrew Brown, Kaylee Brown; brother, David Haumont & wife Lynne of Lincoln, NE, nephew, Robert Haumont; niece, Sarah Haumont Schneider.
