Robert Edward Allen, 61, of Saraland, Alabama passed away at his home on Saturday, May 11, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was a loving husband, daddy and #1 Day (Grandfather). He was employed at Kimberly-Clark Corp where he worked for over 42 years. He loved him some Alabama Football and could listen to the Paul Finebaum show all day.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents; Richard Gaines Allen Sr. and Rachel Smith Allen, one daughter; Tabitha Michelle Allen, and one devoted chihuahua; Hammer. He is survived by his wife; Ramona Gentry Allen, of Saraland, AL, one son; Christopher Lee (Myiee) Allen, of Eight Mile, AL; one grandson that lived with him; Damion Xavier Mack, one stepdaughter, Desirae Norwood (Billy) Caylor, two stepsons; Frank Vinson “Otis” Jackson and Charles Nicholas “Nick” Brown, four grandchildren; Ikera Monet Allen, Angel Tabitha Allen, Robert Warren Caylor, and Tatum Hope Caylor, two brothers; Richard Gaines ( Kay) Allen Jr., of Saraland, AL and Rodney Lee Allen of Houston, TX, and many other family and friends.
