Robert Earl Lipsey Jr. was born on August 8, 1964 at Grant Hospital in Columbus, OH to the parents of Robert Earl Lipsey Sr. and Mary Lou Lipsey. Robert was the 5th of 7 siblings. From a young age Robert loved music. He enjoyed song writing, singing, and playing several instruments, the drums being his favorite.
Robert attended South High School. He was employed at Bernie’s Cafe, Big Bear Bakery, Wonder Bread, 7UP Bottling Company, and Amazon. Robert had a beautiful sense of humor and took comfort in laughter. His sense of humor will be one of the things greatly missed by those who loved him. In 1986 Robert married Brenda Thomas. Robert also had 3 beautiful children and 5 grandsons.
Preceded in death by paternal grandparents Percy and Susie Lipsey; maternal grandparents Reverend Toney Howell Jr. and Beatrice Williams; father Robert Earl Lipsey Sr.; wife Brenda J. Lipsey. Survived by mother Mary Lou Lipsey; brothers Kevin Howell, Keith Howell, James (Marie) Howell, Kenneth (Adrienne) Lipsey Sr., and Toney Lipsey; sister Kelly Lipsey; children Britany (Aaron) Wearren, Brandy (Aaron) Tseggai, Darius Stallings; grandchildren Jaiden, Senai, and Malachi Tssegai, Brendan and Trey Wearren; and a host of aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
