Robert E. Myers, age 92, a long-time Fairfield resident, beloved husband of 67 years of the late Jean C. Myers, passed away Thursday, December 27, 2018. Jean passed away April 11, 2018. Robert now joins her in eternal life. Born in Highspire, PA the son of the late Emery and Helen Myers, he had been a Fairfield resident for over 60 years. Mr. Myers retired as a mortgage officer for People’s Bank. He was very active in scouting and was a Troop Master for Troop 10 in Fairfield for over 30 years. He was a member of Fidelity-St. John’s Lodge #3 A.F. & A.M. and a member of Pyramid Shine were he loved participating in the Motor Patrol.
