Muncie – Robert Earl “Bob” Holten, 54, passed away Monday, February 03, 2014, at Parkview Nursing Facility following an extended illness.
Bob was born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina on May 14, 1959, the son of Robert L. and Mildred (Williams) Holten, and attended Delta High School.
Bob loved to fish and hunt.
Survivors include his parents; a daughter, Melanie Holten; a son, Matthew Holten; a step-son, Jason Combs, Muncie; his girlfriend, Ronda Moreno, Muncie; three brothers, Jerry Holten, (wife-Jennifer), Muncie, Monte Holten, (wife-Cassandra), Palm Bay, Florida, and Billy Holten, Muncie; two sisters, Terri Johnson, (husband-Mark), Muncie, and Michelle Keihn, (companion-Mark Smith), Anderson; his grandmother, Myrtle Long, Eaton; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Grider and Paul Holten; and his grandfather Henry Long.
