Robert Charles Potts, age 64, beloved brother, father, grandfather, uncle, and precious confidante, was called to his eternal resting place on Saturday, October 9, 2021.
Born into this world on June 26, 1957, in Ohio, to Robert Herman Potts and Jewel Alice Potts.
He is survived by his father, Robert; son, Robert Allen Potts; brother, Dwayne Potts; sister, Renee Potts; grandchildren, Malaela, Hailey, Alexia, and Giovanni; and daughter-in-law, Clarissa Potts.
Robert commonly known as “Chuck” or “Chucky” served in the United States Marine Corps as a Heavy Equipment Operator for a brief time. Later finding his passion behind the wheel of a semi-truck as an operator and owner.
A man of extremely high spirits and an infectious laugh, which alone, could seize an entire room by just the sound of it. He never met a stranger and loved everyone for who they were without judgement. Simply, magnanimous, and free, is how he lived.
Many would hear his voice before ever laying eyes on him. His final words, “I love you”, “I am blessed” and “I’ve got nothing but love for you baby.”
