DURHAM, NC – Robert Hill, 65, entered eternal life on September 10, 2018 after a long illness. He was at home and with his wife of 38 years until the end.
Robert is the son of the late Robert C. Hill and Loretta Nowikowski Hill and was born and raised in Nanticoke, Pa. He attended St. Stanislaus Elementary School and Nanticoke Area High School. He received his bachelor’s degree in biological science from Kings College and did advanced studies at Wilkes University. Upon graduation he taught science in Centerville, Maryland before going on to work at NIEHS, and Glaxo Welcome. He ended his career at PPD.
He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
Surviving are his wife Debbie; brother, David (partner Bill); brother in law, Daniel Lutz; sister in law, Peggy Mbaneme; nephews, Anthony Bobeck (Tia), Frederick Lutz (Tiffany); nieces, Mary Bobeck (Chris Cummings), Veronica Smith and 5 great nieces and nephews; God Mother, Helen Gratrix; Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
