On February 9, 2022 Robert “Bob” Louis Rinker, 80, of Middle River, MD. He was born in Woodstock, VA and was the son of Mary Marvelyn Prayor Rinker of Fort Valley, VA.
Robert “Bob” was survived by his beloved wife, Nettie Rinker (nee Walter), his beloved dog “Teddy Bear”, adoring children Paula Rinker of Palm Beach, FL, Melissa Hagan (Michael Hagan) of Middle River, MD and Sheila Rinker Nesbit (Sean Nesbit) of Belair, MD. He doted on his grandchildren, Stephanie Smith (Dennis Smith), Shannon Rinker (James Cluster, Jr.), Spencer Nesbit, Shauna Nesbit and his great-granddaughter Willow Cluster.
He was predeceased by a sister Golda Dinges of Woodstock, VA, but it was his great joy to discover his paternal siblings later in life-Connie Jons, George (Adam) Funk, Betty Funk Weldn, John Funk, Nancy Breth and Wanda Johnson.
Bob was an avid bowler and Baltimore Orioles Fan. He enjoyed the great outdoors, watching Westerns, and computer gaming. He was a member of the American Legion Lodge in Essex, MD.
