Robert “Bob” Junior Stout of Millersville, MD died on May 10, 2016 in his home, surrounded by family and friends, after a year battle with cancer.
Bob was born in Butler, TN on December 19, 1938 to Shafter and Milda (Isaacs) Stout. He was married to Bianca (Guy) Stout and they were members of Milbrook Baptist Church in Aiken, SC. After his schooling, Bob served 3 years in the Army as an MP; after completing his service he moved his family to Maryland for work. In his early years Bob worked as a drywall hanger/ carpenter and general contractor. Later on, he was self-employed in seafood and candy sales.
