Robert \”Bob\” Jerry Hajek, of New Lothrop,died February 27, 2024, at St. Marys hospital in Saginaw, at the age of 89.Bob was born on July 4, 1934, the son of Joseph and Marie (Misek) Hajek, in New Lothrop. At a young age, he started work on his centennial farm, where he would eventually become a life-long, dedicated farmer. Bob married the love of his life, Mary Ann Mikula on February 5, 1955. Together they spent 47 years before she preceded him in death in 2003. Bob worked at General Motors Buick Division, before he retired.Bob was an avid outdoorsman.
