Robert E. Bright “Bob”, 87, died peacefully on Monday, July 25, 2011 in Littleton, Colorado with family by his side. Bob was born to Hunter E. Bright and Malvida Miller on May 22, 1924. They moved to Colorado when Bob was 8 years old where he resided most of his life. Bob served in the Navy Seabees for 4 years. He was stationed in Hawaii for 6 months and then 3 years in Guam. Bob studied at Denver University where he majored in Statistics and minored in Accounting.
Bob married his beloved wife, Clara Vandewiele from Durango, Colorado on December 4, 1955 in Littleton, Colorado.
He is survived by his son, Tom of Lakewood, Colorado; daughter, Judy (Jaster) of Bailey, Colorado; 2 grandchildren; 1 great grandson and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
