Robert (Bob) Barstow Abell departed his earthly life on May 10, 2022 to join his family in heaven. He was born July 8, 1933 in Burlington, VT, the son of Mabel and Wesley Abell. He married the love of his life Lois Ann Gray Sept. 11, 1954. Graduated from the University of Vermont in 1956, B.S. in Business.
Bob leaves behind his beloved wife Lois G. Abell of Arvada, CO; son, Scott (Teresa) Abell of Colorado Springs, CO; daughter, Jane (Sally) Abell of Arvada; grandsons, Christopher (Terrin) Abell of Breckenridge, CO, Matthew Abell of Bend, OR; granddaughters, Nicole (Jon) Kullander of Colorado Springs and Danielle (William III) Skeele of Colorado Springs; great grandsons, Christian, Riley and Gabriel Kullander; great granddaughters, Abigail Kullander and Ezra Rey Abell.
He is also survived by his nieces, Laurel Swift, Jessica Betz, and Toni Carlucci; and nephews, James (Diane) Swift, David Carlucci and Michael (Mary) Carlucci.
He was predeceased by his parents, Mabel Nutting and Wesley T Abell; his sisters, Althea (John) Carlucci, Marjorie (Walter) Swift, June Abell and his twin brother, Thomas Abell; his son, Eric O. Abell and nephew, William Swift.
