Robert Arthur Napier, 60, of Clarksburg, passed away Sunday, January 9, 2011 at the Louis A. Johnson VA Medical Center following an extended illness. He was born October 13, 1950 in Clarksburg, the son of the late Richard A. Napier and Lois J. Silcott Napier. Mr. Napier is survived by one brother; Richard S. Napier and wife Barbara Elaine Deems of Sunnyvale, CA; Aunts and Uncles Troy L. and Jane Napier of Maple Lake and Harold and Josephine Napier of Baltimore, MD; one nephew; Stephen M. Napier and four cousins; Tammy Napier Metzgar, Susan Napier Brinkmeier, Sherry Napier Matthew and Forman Brad Napier. He was preceded in death by two brothers; David T. and Leonard R. Napier. Mr. Napier was a United States Air Force Veteran and a member of North View United Methodist Church since March 26, 1989. He was a big WVU fan, and he loved all sports and was a genius at crossword puzzles.
