Mr. Robert Allen Leach, 63, a resident of 505 Ashburn St., died Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at High Point Regional Hospital.
“Bobby”, as most people knew him, was born August 12, 1943, a son of the late John Coe and Hartense Evans Leach. A lifelong resident of High Point, he attended the city’s public schools, graduating from William Penn High School in 1961. He was a self-employed brick mason before he retired, and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his parents, a sister, Sandra L. Parks, preceded him in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Valarie Leach of Charlotte, and Andrena H. Leach of Raleigh; one granddaughter, Kennedy A. Thomas of Raleigh; one brother, Durrell Leach and wife, Sharlene of High Point; several nieces and nephews; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
