Robert Allen “Bob” Stephenson, 51, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2011, at his residence in Muncie following a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born June 11, 1960, in Winchester, the son of Robert F. and Hazel Mae Osborne Stephenson. He attended schools in Winchester, graduated from Winchester High School in 1978, and Lincoln Tech in Indianapolis in 1979.
Surviving are his wife, Nancy York Stephenson; two daughters, Jessica Stephenson, Winchester, and Jennifer Bohannon, (husband, Vincent), Albany; his son, Mark Kem, Muncie; three grandchildren, Natalie, Olivia and Sarah Bohannon; four sisters, Linda Winston, (husband, Mike), Warsaw, Christine Tinkle, (husband, Johnnie), Milton, Ohio, Ruth E. Stephenson, Flat Rock, and Sandy Bost, (husband, John), Pennville, and several nieces and nephews.
