Robert Allen Srackangast died Sunday, June 26, 2022, in Kalamazoo. He was born August 8, 1939, in Kalamazoo, MI son of Wayne and Helen (Fugman) Srackangast and had been a lifelong area resident.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Jerry, George, and Leonard Srackangast; and sister, Donna Ecktinal. On February 27, 1965, Robert married the former Janet Fish who survives.
Also surviving are their children, Shelly (George) Buckner, Guy Pate, and Dana Paus; 12 grandchildren, Larry & Loren Pate, Michelle & Tim Dolph, Cindy & Jeff Griffen, Greg & Kasie Buckner, Mindy, Paige & Becca Sloan, Joe Paus, MacKenzie & Tyler Nelson, Morgan Hoffman, Alainna Maxson, Ryan Pate, and Phillip Pate; 23 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews, Tim Srackangast, Arnie Srackangast, Steven Srackangast, April Dimmick, Charles Williamson, Jr., Tammy Williamson, and Michael Williamson.
