He was born on June 7, 1949 in Oakes, North Dakota to Adolph and Myra Buchholz. Robert was a teacher at Calvary Christian School and a soccer coach for the Arroyo Youth Soccer Club.
He is survived by his loving wife, Leticia Buchholz; children, Gabby and Tito Buchholz; sister, Linda & Arnold Ikel; and brother, Laurie & Carol Buchholz.
