Robert A. “Bob” Hooser Jr, age 63, of St. Charles, passed away Sunday, May 2, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born April 4, 1958, in Hinsdale, Illinois, the son of Robert and Donna (Jobelius) Hooser.
Bob lived life to the fullest, working hard and playing hard. He loved going to family dance parties, bowling, playing volleyball, rock concerts, Old Style beer, and was a huge Bears and Blackhawks fan. Bob was drawn to nature, photographing wildlife, hiking, boating, fishing, and finding waterfalls. He planned and helped build two beautiful homes, one in Eagle River, Wisconsin and the other here in St. Charles. Bob’s travels took him to national parks, the coastlines of Florida and California, and the Caribbean. He was a wonderful provider to his family.
Bob is survived by his devoted wife of 35 wonderful years Patricia “Patti” (Cline); daughter Nichole of St. Charles; granddaughter Ivy; siblings Steve Hooser, Dawn Hooser, Mari Plett, and Todd Plett; and many other dear relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
