Robbie L. Jolliff, 33, of Centralia, passed away Friday, November 29, 2019 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon. He was born July 7, 1986 in Centralia, son of Cheryle (Mandrell) Phelps and husband Dan of Walnut Hill.
Robbie married Miranda Jolliff in June of 2007 and they had a son, Cullin Jolliff and they later divorced. He married Samantha Santel on December 27, 2016 and she survives in Centralia.
In addition to his parents: Cheryle Phelps and husband Dan of Walnut Hill, his wife, Samantha Jolliff of Centralia, he is also survived by his five children: Cullin, Gage, Robert, Raylan, and Ryland; his grandparents: Robert Mandrell and wife Phyllis of Centralia, Carol Phelps and husband David of Centralia, Mary Mandrell of Centralia, Ruth Santel and husband Russel of New Baden and Rita Wilson of New Baden; two brothers and a sister: Jarette Bundy and significant other Courtney of Centralia, Tony Vaughn and wife Brittany of Belleville, and Nikki Vaughn and fiancé Russel of Walnut Hill; two half brothers: Dylan Bundy and Nick Bundy both of Indiana; several nieces and nephews: Keelee, Brooklynn, Harlow, Kyler, Kendal, Jason, Alec, Ana, Jackson, Allison, and Ryleigh; mother and father-in-law: Vicki and Phil Santel of New Baden; a sister-in-law: Piper Santel of New Baden; a brother-in-law: Dalton Stanhauer of New Baden; an uncle and two aunts: Dale Mandrell of Covington, Ray Stowers and wife Janeen of Centralia, and Judith Brandt of New Baden; a cousin: Scotty Mandrell and wife Rayann of Centralia; and Cullin’s mother and beloved friend: Miranda Skaaning and husband Sonny of Dallas, Texas. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Mary & Robert Phelps, and his mother-in-law: Cynthia Steinhauer.
Robbie worked as a Correctional Officer for the Illinois Department of Corrections, he also worked at Monical’s in Centralia for 7 years and as a personal trainer at the Body Shoppe.
Robbie was a Certified Black Belt in Karate. He enjoyed playing Fallout 76. Most of all Robbie loved spending time with his children, family and friends.
