Rivail Medina, age 65, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at his home in Sharpsburg, GA. He was born on October 17, 1956, in Miami, FL to Cecilio Israel Medina and Anabel Medina.
Richard, as he is known by friends, is preceded in death by his father, Cecilio Israel Medina. He is survived by his wife, Gloria Medina; mother, Anabel Medina; children, Michael Medina (Suzanne), Matt Wells (Jacqueline) and Angela Wells. He is also survived by grandchildren, Rebecca Medina, Kathryn Medina, Barrett Wells, Emma Wells and his sister, Anabel Medina Kay (Tom).
The service celebrating Richard’s life is Friday, February 25, 2022, at 6:00 PM in the chapel of McKoon Funeral Home, 38 Jackson Street, in Newnan with Pastor Ed Martin officiating. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00 PM until service time at the funeral home.
