Rita Mable Burr (nee Johnson) died Tuesday June 24, 2014 at her daughter’s residence in Burlington City at the age of 69. Born in Mt. Holly, she was the daughter of the late George and Beulah Camac.
She is survived by a son Leonard “Larry” (Lynn) Burr of Florida, a daughter Teresa (Bobby) Cowgill of Burlington, two grandsons, Christopher and Brian, also of Burlington, one brother, Richard Johnson, Sr., four sisters Rose (Henry) Hoyt, Judy (Harry) Anderson, Carol (Ed) Morley and Georgeann (David) McKeon all of Burlington. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, one great-great niece and four great-great nephews as well as a special and devoted friend Maggie Simmons.
She was predeceased by Albert Johnson. Rita will be sadly missed by all. We love her very much.
