Rita J. Lander Age 70, of Hammond, IN, passed away Monday, February 8, 2016.
She is survived by her cousins, George (Late Kathy)Malo, John(Dorothy)Malo; nephew, Benjamin Lander; special friends, Carole Pacosky and Duane Cole.
Rita is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Blanche; brother, Wayne Lander; sister, Marilyn Lander; cousin, David Fryer.
Rita was a 1963 graduate of Hammond High School, and 1965 Don Roberts Beauty School. She was employed by the Hammond Health Department for over 30 years, and enjoyed shopping and going out to Festivals.
