Born in Patterson, New Jersey, Mrs. Ferro, a homemaker, came to this area in 1983 from Flanders, New Jersey. She was a member of of the Dunamis Community and Outreach Ministries, Inc.
Mrs. Ferro is survived by her 2 sons, Joseph A. Ferro of Lordsvalley, PA, Reverend John Ferro of Lake Helen, 2 daughters, Reverend Trudy S. Crusco and Dorisanne Story, both of Edgewater, 6 grandchildren, Joseph Ferro, Jr., Doris Swift, Karen Midland, John Ferro, Amanda Story and Joy Ferro, 5 great-grandchildren, Michael and Lisa Swift, Matthew and Lauren Midland, and Kylie Ferro, 1 great-great-grandchild, Jaden Swift. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Romeo Ferro.
