Rita Craven Chaney Poole, 81, of Asheboro, died Monday, October 17, 2022 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro.
Rita was a native and longtime resident of Randolph County. She was a homemaker and attended Ramseur Gospel Chapel. Rita enjoyed sewing, cooking, traveling, going to the beach, and most of all, Florida.
Survivors: daughters, Amy Carter and husband, James, of Archdale, Debbie Utecht, of Wisconsin, grandchildren, Shane Allred, of China Grove, Dena Acottzi, and husband, Raul, of Iowa, Shannon Huntley, of Monroe, Jake and Addisyn Carter, both of Archdale, Josh Pellowski, Travis Allred, and Amy Alman, great-grandchildren, Jackson Allred, Hunter Whitcher, Jarrad Kimbrough, Tyler Allred, aunts, Mazie Wilson Craven, of Asheboro, Daile Wilson Moody, of Asheboro, and numerous nieces and cousins.
