Rita B. Infinger, 82, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, February 02, 2017 at her son’s home.

Rita was born on October 25, 1934, a daughter of the late, William Franklin and Mae Belle Lindler Ballentine.  She was a 1952 graduate of Harleyville High School and the owner of the House of Music and Time from 1972 until 1988 and later became a sales clerk with Infinger Jewelry in Walterboro.  She was a member of Indian Field United Methodist Church, Good Cheer Sunday School Class and the choir.

Surviving are her sons, Gilbert R. (Kathey) Infinger, Jr., Athens, Alabama and Alvin L. (LiBeth) Infinger, North; a bonus daughter, Wanda (Ricky) O’Quinn; grandchildren; Bryant Shuler, Alvin Infinger, II, Nickollas Infinger, Franklin Infinger, Kandice Infinger; great-grandchildren, Tanya Infinger, Kimberly Infinger, Chase McWhithey, Natalie McWithey, and Leo Shuler; a brother, George D. Ballentine, Chapin; sister, Patsy Cummandler, Chapin.
