Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Samaritus Senior Living of Saginaw. She was 84 years old. Rita A. Fischer was born on December 30, 1933, the daughter of George and Eva (Langeneker) Fischer. She was united in marriage to Robert Lamb on June 12, 1954 in Saginaw, Michigan.
Rita was very active in her church, especially the prayer chain and she loved watching her favorite sports teams.
Rita is survived by her 4 children: Kari Lamb, Dave (Pat) Lamb, Julie (Mitchell) Pape and Steve (Michele) Lamb, 11 grandchildren: Travis, Alicia, Tyler, Derrick, Katrina, Austin, Jacob, Allison, Ryan, Adam and Brendan, 1 great-grandson: Travis, 1 brother: Kenneth (Dianne) Fischer, 1 sister-in-law: Judy Mendyk and 1 brother in-law: Gerald Krys. Rita was preceded in death by her husband Robert on August 5, 1997, 1 brother and 1 sister.
