Rikki Janae Beckstead was the second born child to Justin and Susan Beckstead, on January 18, 1998, in Salt Lake City. Rikki came into the world a spitfire and she remained a crazy, joyful ray of happiness every day after. Rikki was full of life, always ready for adventures with her family and friends. She was a social butterfly and had the ability to light up a room with her bright smile and charismatic energy.
At the age of two, Rikki discovered the stage and her love of dancing. She danced throughout her life as part of a competition dance team until she graduated from Skyline High School in 2016. Rikki continued to make the world her own personal stage with her beauty, emotion, and creativity. Rikki had a passion for animals, and a desire to care and comfort them. She loved all of her animals, but especially her loveable dog, Maizy.
In 2001, Rikki’s parents divorced and she was blessed beyond measure with two amazing step parents and multiple other siblings. Rikki spent her life surrounded by her family who loved and supported her in everything she did. In 2020, Rikki got engaged to the love of her life, Colton Jackson. Rikki was looking forward to building a life with Colton and his lovely daughter, Ivy, who she loved with her whole heart.
Rikki is survived by her parents, Susan Beckstead (Jeff Devine) of Idaho Falls, Justin Beckstead (Kellie Shultz) of Soda Springs, her brother Rory Beckstead of Idaho Falls, her grandparents Dean and Sherrie Beckstead of Soda Springs, and many other family members.
