Ricky died Sunday, February 11, 2018. He was born in Columbia, SC, the son of the late Gerald Watts and Louise Westbrook Watts. Ricky was owner and operator of Watts Drywall. He loved to fish, play billiards, Nascar and being outdoors. Ricky loved making people laugh.
Ricky is survived by his daughters, Brandy Mangum (Ronald) of Lugoff and Sandra Branham (Jr.) of Elgin; son, Jason Watts (Melissa) of Irmo; grandchildren, Brittney, Jackson, Sydney and Easton; sisters, Sharon Chavis, Laverne Goldie, Clara Clein, Kathy Crow and Jackie Brassel; brothers, Marty Coker and Tony Hoover; and companion, Darlene Barron.
Besides his parents, Ricky was predeceased by his brother, Peanut Hoover.
