Rick W. Cruzan, 60, of Jacksonville, died April 6, 2015, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield.
He was born Aug. 12, 1954, in Nashville, TN, the son of Richard Garrett and Helen Lucille Hayes Cruzan.
He is survived by his mother of Jacksonville; his sister, Jeanenne (John) Plevka of Morton; two nieces; and two nephews. He was preceded in death by his father; and his brother, Ronald Garrett Cruzan.
Mr. Cruzan was a 1972 graduate of Jacksonville High School, and was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He worked as a cook at various restaurants in the Jacksonville area. Rick was a Cardinals fan and liked to fish. He was dedicated to taking care of his mother.
