Richard Carl “Rick” Polk, Jr., 56, of Emmitsburg, MD, died on Thursday, February 17, 2022, at Frederick Memorial Hospital. Born July 31, 1965, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Richard Carl Polk, Sr. and the late Norma June (McCollum) Polk. He was the husband of Pamela (Rinehart) Polk, to whom he was married for 20 years.
Rick was a tow truck operator with Triple-A Towing in Reisterstown, MD for several years. He enjoyed riding his Harley, repairing and riding jet skis, and playing video games. He was a model railroading enthusiast who loved 70s music. Rick was a fan of the Baltimore Ravens.
Surviving, in addition to his wife Pam, are daughters, Sara Maring and Holly Polk; sisters, Sherrie Polk and Lisa Polk; niece, Kristina Stojak (Brian) and their children, Joey, Ellie, Madalynn, and Brayden; and niece, Stephanie Twarowski (Nick) and their children, Layne and Stella.
