Richard “Rick” Glen Ferrel, 56, of Idaho Falls, passed away October 15, 2017, at his home.
Rick was born August 15, 1961, in Ontario, Oregon, to Kenneth Oscar Ferrel and Carol Marie Strawn Evans. He grew up in Payette, Idaho. Rick later attended Idaho State School for the Deaf and Blind and graduated in 1982.
He enjoyed movies, baseball, golf, basketball, swimming and camping. Rick also enjoyed his days at Upper Valley Options.
