Born on January 15, 1971 in Patterson, NJ, he was the beloved son of Barbara Willoughby and her husband Ken Enos of Webster, NY and Richard Willoughby Sr. and his wife Judy of Tobyhanna, PA. He is also survived by a sister Stephanie Woodworth (Doug) of Piscataway, NJ and their children Sam and Emily.
