Richard William (Bill) Wade, Sr., 75 of Clarksville, AR, formerly of North East, MD, died Tuesday, November 4, 2014 in the Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE.
Born in Clarksburg, WV, on March 2, 1939, he was the son of the late Arlie R. and the late Nellie (Hennen) Wade.
He served in the Army and retired after working many years as a diesel mechanic.
Richard enjoyed decoy carving, hunting, crabbing and watching football. He greatly enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Survivors include his loving wife: Elizabeth Wade; 6 children: Kimberly Gobble (Jeff) of Perryville, MD, Richard William (Billy) Wade, II (Karlena) of Clarksville, AR, Sean Wade (Hope) of Elkton, MD, Bradley Wade (Tammy) of North East, MD, Rebecca Wade and Amanda Wade both of Elkton, MD; a brother: James Wade (Charlotte) of Salisbury, MD; a sister: Doris Posey of Clarksburg, WV; 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by 8 siblings: Betty Caynor, Gladys Pinder, Ruth Malone, Pauline Wood, Arlie R. Wade, Jr.
