Richard Warren Kraft, age 63, of Grafton, went to be with our Lord, Monday, February11, 2013, at Grafton City Hospital. He was born December 23, 1949 in Grafton, a son of the late Norma Lee (Rinker) Kraft, and Richard Lee Kraft and wife Helen, who survive, of Grafton.
Rick was a 1967 graduate of Milford Mill High School, Baltimore, MD. He was a Vietnam Veteran having served in the US Army. While serving his country he was stationed in Siagon as a helicopter mechanic. He was employed at United Propane Company where he worked as a truck driver and manager, and was a member of Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church. Rick was loved by so many, and gave his heart freely and will be missed here on earth. The good news is “Nothing is lost, if you know where to find it.” See you in heaven some fine day!
In addition to his father he is survived by: one son, Patrick Kraft, of Grafton; one daughter, Sara Sisler and husband Michael, of Grafton; one grandson, Bryson Orion Sisler, of Grafton; one sister, Marlene Kraft Wenger and husband Paul, of Supply, NC ; one brother, Michael Kraft and wife Kelly, Grafton; one aunt, Margaret Kraft Cox, of Grafton; and two nieces, Rachel Joyce Archer, of Grafton, and Lindsey Joyce Tuggle, of Dallas, TX, and their families.
