Richard W. Kaloshis, age 52 of Plymouth, passed away unexpectantly at home on January 18, 2019. He was the beloved husband of Beth-Anne (Lannigan) Kaloshis, son of Eileen (McIsaac) Kaloshis of Codroy Valley Newfoundland and the late Richard Kaloshis. He was the loving father of Heather Peterson and her husband Joe of Plymouth. He was the cherished grandfather of Logan and Ella Peterson of Plymouth. He was the brother of Mark Kaloshis of Plymouth, Eva Basehart of New York, Danielle Metz of Plymouth and the late Jeanne Kaloshis. Rick leaves his Chocolate Lab “Cocoa” who was his best friend. Rick was born on August 12, 1966 in Dorchester. He was a Systems Administrator for pharmaceutical companies. He enjoyed boating, reading, music and sports, especially the New England teams. He liked hiking, taking his dogs for walks and nature. He also had a passion for flying, and enjoyed spending time at the moose Club. He was known for his vast knowledge and everyone wanted him on their team when there was a trivia game. He loved spending time with his family and friends and was a good friend to everyone. He will be dearly missed.
